使用CC2640板子，将两个管脚配成唤醒脚（IOID_7和IOID_9），两个管脚拉低，都是上升沿触发唤醒(两个管脚配置都完成相同)，在使用中发现，如果其中一个脚在shutdown模式下处于外部拉高状态，则无法使用另一个脚唤醒。
