请教一下，CC2541作为周边怎么样才能主动去发送scanRsp的包数据，并且可以设置发送频率或者由自己的应用程序去控制发送scanRsp的数据包。
这种设置GAPRole_SetParameter( GAPROLE_SCAN_RSP_DATA, sizeof ( scanRspData ), scanRspData )的方式，都是被动的扫描发出的scanRsp的数据包，怎么样才能主动达到主动发送呢？
