用central和peripheral的两个例子，能够实现配对绑定了。
如果断开连接，peripheral再开始广播，central该如何去设置才能快速回连，而不用再经历配对-绑定的过程呢？
也就是之前保存过的LTK、ADDRESS之类的数据该怎么去用呢？
